True, pure raw honey

Last week we were able to collect some honey from our bee hives at Mountain Ridge Wines. The hives were established by Illawarra Bees and are located on Mountain Ridge property next to our macadamia tree plantation.

A few jars of this pure medicinal and delicious gold is still available at our cellar door.

Raw honey means that the honey is not heat treated, and that NOTHING is added to it. This is the journey of the honey from the hive to the jar: all within 2 – 3 hours.
